About the Event
The Russell Public Library invites families, individuals, and organizations to create a scarecrow for display on the front lawn of the Library from October 23-November 21. The contest is free to enter and prizes will be awarded on October 31st in five categories:
Best Fall Theme
Best Use of Nature
Funniest
Spookiest (not frightening or gruesome please)
Best book theme
